OT - yahoo may charge for mailing lists?

Apparently Yahoo had a survey, asking list moderators if they'd be willing to pay for their lists & how much or something of that sort.
List moderator for my other list said zillions of people are moving their lists to other places.
One of the lists I'm on has already made a back-up list at SmartGroups or something like that..
